Alice Nira and Rose Charfauros were presented a Certificate of Appreciation at the September 12th, 2022 City Council meeting in recognition of their outstanding display of our RITCH Values. While short-staffed for an extended period of time in our City Hall office, Alice and Rose were fully responsible for all utility billing, permits, citizen phone calls, work order requests, Municipal Court, and coordination of city administrative operations. Whereas the city has three full-time staff for such activities, they found a way to keep keep us moving forward as a dynamic duo.
