PHI Cares - Emergency Air Medical Transportation

The new agreement will provide emergency air medical coverage for all City of Bartlett, TX residents.

The Bartlett City Council has approved a new emergency air medical transportation membership agreement with PHI Cares. The agreement will provide air medical transport benefits for all residents in the incorporated area of Bartlett, Texas, when they are transported from Bell or Williamson County by a PHI Air Medical aircraft.

The PHI Air Medical membership program, PHI Cares, supports all households and residents of Bartlett, Texas. With the launch of this agreement, Bartlett residents will not be required to pay any additional out-of-pocket expense for their emergency air medical transportation when a PHI Air Medical aircraft transports them from Bell or Williamson County.

Residents should always call 9-1-1 first when they have a medical emergency. The 9-1-1 dispatchers are well trained at assessing the medical needs of each caller and will determine if a ground or air ambulance is necessary. If a resident is transported by a PHI Air Medical Aircraft, they should notify the PHI Cares membership department at 1.888.I.Fly.PHI (1.888.435.9744) and provide them with the Bartlett, Texas PHI Cares membership number, #88786, and their date of transport.

PHI Air Medical will be providing the City of Bartlett with special membership cards, which can be picked up at City Hall. Bartlett residents may upgrade their City of Bartlett limited membership benefit coverage to nationwide coverage for only $30.00 per year.
