Brandon Garcia was presented a Certificate of Appreciation at the December 12th, 2022 City Council meeting in recognition of his outstanding display of our RITCH Values. Brandon recently earned his CDL and promotion to Lineman Apprentice after many hours, days, and months of classroom study and hands-on training as a Groundman. With aspirations to become a Journeyman Lineman and beyond, he's displayed great work ethic and outstanding potential for a long and distinguished career. We're proud and excited to have him on our team!
