Bill Hunsinger was presented a Certificate of Appreciation at the March 14th, 2022 City Council meeting in recognition of his outstanding display of our RITCH Values. During a critical upgrade of our city wastewater infrastructure, Mr. Hunsinger was the designated individual responsible for monitoring and activating the sewer by-pass pumps. To ensure the operation of our lift station and keeping wastewater going in the right direction and out of our homes, Bill had to operate these by-pass pumps every 2-3 hours every day for several weeks.
