Philip Weaver was presented an Outstanding Citizenship Award at the June 14th, 2021 City Council meeting in recognition of his critical contributions in restoring the City Pool for our community.
A Master Plumber by trade, Philip dedicated hour after hour in the summer sun to upgrade the restroom facilities, pool house, and pool filter pumps in preparation for the 2021 Pool Season. After two years out of operation, it was no small task to bring the pool facilities back into working and safe condition for our families.
He is an excellent example of how every member of community has something special to offer and can truly make a difference!
