Main Street Financial Assistance Program
The Main Street Program offers the Financial Assistance Program to continue to preserve and revitalize the Bartlett Downtown Historic District. All applications will be reviewed for approval at the monthly Main Street Advisory Board Meeting.
The business owner can apply for assistance related to the business AND the property owner can apply for something related to the property. $1,000 maximum reimbursement per project.
This is a REIMBURSEMENT Financial Assistance Program for buildings and businesses in Bartlett’s Historic District. You will be reimbursed for payments that have been made.
Eligible Projects
- Permanent signage
- Façade / exterior improvements
- Roll off for construction or renovation.
- Review fees for Development Services.
- Sidewalk dining for restaurants - permits, furniture, must meet code and be ADA compliant for sidewalk access.
