Seasonal Pool Lifeguard

The City of Bartlett is seeking responsible, attentive, and safety-oriented individuals to serve as Pool Lifeguards at the City’s municipal swimming pool. Under the supervision of the Pool Manager, the Pool Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons by preventing accidents, enforcing pool rules, and responding promptly and effectively to emergencies.

This position requires constant vigilance, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to provide courteous customer service to the public. Pool Lifeguards monitor swimming activities, maintain a safe and clean pool environment, and administer first aid and lifesaving techniques as necessary. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and committed to providing a safe and enjoyable recreational experience for residents and visitors of the City of Bartlett.
