Commercial Permits
Structural and flat work may require professional structural and/or civil engineered designs. All commercial and multi-family redevelopment and developments require civil engineer design for parking, fire lanes, drainage, utility capacity, and development, etc.All commercial and multi-family buildings (new and existing) are subject to Williamson County Fire Marshal code review prior to issuing Certificate of Occupancy. Existing building permit application submittals are required to conduct an Asbestos Survey and abatement as indicated on the results.
